      the company seems to be headed in the right direction. management wants to improve culture. the infrastructure is in place.

      very large organization; difficult to understand career advancement and development; with an organization of this size, there are a lot of people who are able to hide the fact that they are not as competent as others.

      The company has been very unstable for the last 3 years, many layoffs and a minimal pipeline. After 2 years of Thanksgiving layoffs, we were promised no more and we are going through it again. I feel like a contract employee.
