      Pros

      Benefits package is second to none....outstanding.

      Cons

      S/A is going through a lot of transition with their marquee products either losing their patent or have a competitor losing their patent (generic competition). The company has been downsizing for the last three years and using tactics to find ways of displacing professionals. I wouldn't recommend working for S/A at this time.

      Pros

      Midle level excelent workers. Many competences to use. Excelent products portfolio.

      Cons

      Cinderela managing style. Stepmother for most and mother for few. Business always come in second, and according to the needs of top management. People are just tools in a directive managing style. No planning and no control used.

      Pros

      Trying to increase pipeline by way of acquisition and co-promotion. Benefits, although trimmed and more expensive every year, are some of the best in class.

      Cons

      Senior management is awful. Communication is pathetic and the philosophy of managing via fear is becoming the norm, especially in Specialized Therapeutics and Institutional sales.
