Don't believe the reviews here which have no cons. not enough pay raises or pay itself --leading to a huge amount of people leaving their positions in all departments. This eventually hurts the products being worked on. If you don't have a pHD, you can't grow your career into a Scientist level role in the lab with just a Masters degree, be warned. US folks seem to have to work harder than their French counterparts.

Stale culture influenced by French labour laws in the headquarter office leading to too many people that say 'That's not my job' or 'That's not how we do it'. People seem to prioritize policies and politics over actual real results and objectives. Dearth of innovation and flexible thinking. Bureaucratic yet fragmented policies and procedures. Not much of a collegial culture outside of the France offices.
