Upper management treats employees awful and they get away with it. Bad behavior is rewarded while the people who actually do the work are treated very poorly, bonus and raise are not given based on the job you've done all year, they're given based on what level of friendship you have with the person deciding the bonus and raise, company preaches values but does NOT practice them. VERY stressful place to work. Mangers have a if its not happening to me it doesn't matter attitude. Entire building moving to open space concept, no personal space, no phone, everyday a new place to sit.

Senior leadership has changed a lot in the past several years and have come from outside the organization. Culture is talked about but it's lip-service. Direction changes frequently and confidence is low as a result. Leadership has unrealistic expectations of the market for the new products and the reality of pharma sales in 2017.
