Lack of growth and recognition for work. Managers and above seem to be focused on financials rather than treating their employees well. Measly 1% raises year over year. Very high attrition rates currently, leadership is not back filling positions.

As contractor, you are not seen as a "real" employee, and are sometimes seen as a second class citizen. This is becoming more typical in the corporate world. You are hired to do a specific job or task unit, and once that is done, you may be let go until another opportunity comes up.
