Pros
good international company to start from. more or less healthy environment, developing business, very good for new comers to get experienced. linear movements are very welcome within the Company.
Cons
poor management, no understanding of how final result should be done, formulation of requirements for employees without knowing peculiarities of the process. not efficient, circulating emails without better understanding of issues. poor HR system.
