pay can be a little better, benefits still need improvement, slow periods followed by extremely busy time with overtime work.

People Training Early Leadership- Jay Sidhu was the best! Exchange program with Europe for high performing employees Incentive- high goals and high stress= high incentives work life balance was good becasue I made it work

Cons

being bought by Santander lack of caring for the employees no growth unless you are in Boston Manager in different state not having a clue on their employees and how valuable we are
