Pros
The pay was good and I worked with some great people. New headquarters in Dallas is top notch and not an expense spared. Desks, computers, and break rooms are awesome.
Cons
It's a very negative work environment that does not encourage communication. I worked there for 1.5 years and after a year I knew it was not for me. The work environment is great but the people are not trained or encouraged to use standard corporate protocale or basic communication skills. It was a constant challenge to deal with the lack of morale and bad culture. Bottom line, the corporate CULTURE IS BAD
