      Great atmosphere A lot of teamwork Work material is a plus When having technical difficuties, the IT department always does a great job

      Cons

      The variety of products we can recommend are few Proposals are'nt as tailored as they should be Bankers don't really listen to our assessments even though they ask for them all the time Often have to do things that a person with my job title shouldn't be doing

      Pros

      I have been working for Santander for the last six years and I really enjoy my role as cashier. This position has taught me to deal with people from different background. I have grown as a person and I am now able to express myself confidently, engage with customers at ease and also face any obstacles I may come across.

      Cons

      For me personally the downside of working for Santander is that I work in a Branch that has been raided twice which scares me sometimes.
