Pros
Internal Audit has a fun, young team so it is sociable and most people are friendly and want to be helpful. The head office is in a nice part of London.
Cons
Management is not interested in developing teams or being strategic, always a tactical fix! Not a particularly well respected name in FS. Audits are poorly managed and drag on for longer than they should as the scope always grows at random. Have to spend long stretches away from home without good reason.
