Good work environment with a clear focus on what atrget are to be achieved, available help at hand when needed in term f passing professional qualifications along with clear career advancement structure.
Cons
Too sale oreintated with poor computer system due to integration of aquisition. there is quite a lot of micromanaging going on and little staff to service clients. customer did not like the fact that adviser were being moved around all time.
