This is the most ass backwards company that I ever worked for they don't value the quality employee and could care less if you had good skill set its all about how much butt you kiss to move up. We constantly hear about reps getting hired with NO experience. They hardly promote from within and never give raises. They cut your pay then want you to work even harder for less money.

very little variation of daily work, enters too easily in the routine, hard to make a career fastly (except for very good connected people), poor Human Resources culture and not very competitive wages at the entry level
