Pros
For part time the hours were flexible, they match your 401k by 6%, holiday pay/day off. Get treats here and there.
Cons
Pay could have been better, I got $20 an hour. The manager had weird tendicies: he tried to touch my hair, he would talk to himself, and would make weird face. Many of the clients that live in the area are racist. Received abhorrent treatment from one male client and a security guard was called the next day. They take forever to close the accounts of bad clients. Slim chance you will be able to move up because they like to hire externally for manager roles.
