Pros

Good brand recognition and name to have on your resume. Decent benefits package including healthcare and PTO. Some managers are supportive and genuinely care about their teams.

Cons

Recent internal policy changes have made the day-to-day much more difficult. Time sheet procedures were changed abruptly, causing confusion and frustration. Banker incentives were significantly reduced, which directly impacted morale and motivation. Increasing workloads without proper support or compensation left many feeling overworked and undervalued. No clear path to move upwards especially if you work in retail banking. Communication from upper management is often unclear, and major changes are rolled out with little explanation or input from frontline staff.
