      So much potential

      Pros

      There is so much potential for this place to be great. The community is wonderful. The fire departments are helpful.

      Cons

      The pay is bizarre. The 8&80 plan is what they call it. It basically means you never make overtime. They offer $150 to try to incentivize employees to pick up shifts but it does not work. 48 hour shifts but they’ll hold you over if the next crew calls in. A lot of ift after 10pm.

      Coworkers are always willing to pitch in and help each other get things done.

      Cons

      Management is very hands off. Payroll is a disaster, the one person “in charge” is impossible to get ahold of and frequently makes mistakes.
