Family feel, good benefits, competitive pay, flexible hours. Administration really does care about staff. Multiple community based projects that are aimed to help the people.

Cons

The job as a whole can be very stressful, and at times it may feel as thought you do not have the power to fix the things that need to be fixed. when I say this I men staffing issues such as getting applicants to apply.
