Good pay New office Finally got Work from home policy.

Cons

Management is very poor Office politics is more. No appreciation for good work. People here from 5-10 years thinks they are the boss. No pay for overtime work. No cab facilities for late working hours. They have there own framework with outdated technologies.

Growing company. Good company to know about insurance functionality.

Cons

To much pressure if you are deployed in the new project(IDIT). Technology wise its insufficient as per the market standard. Uses old technology. If you are technology geek you will not enjoy doing code here. If you have use recent technology then IDIT is not for you. Very less no of holidays(21 days including sick leaves). After some times work will bore you.
