It’s true that people learn a lot in the first years in their position. In the past we had opportunities for relocation mostly to ASEAN countries, but over the last 3 years, we have introduced new relocation opportunities to Australia, UK, South Africa, US, Cyprus and Turkey. We continue to offer global relocations based on business needs and fitment with required job profiles.
HR activities and policies have been improved over the last 3 years based on continues employee feedback. We have added transportation, and policies for compensatory pay, and enhancements in reimbursements. We encourage employees to share ideas on specific HR policies on the feedback site for employees with named/anonymous options. It is important to share the feedback when you are in the system, that way we can address your comments and reach an optimal solution.
