      Tech Stack is very old . Management doesn't take employees complaint seriously and work life balance is really really very bad.

      1. Work life balance. 2. Helpful team members. 3. People are well connected because of small hierarchy. 4. Good if people are interested in insurance domain. 5. Events and team lunch are fun.

      Cons

      1. Old technology. 2. Less compensation and benefits as per industry standards. 3. Bad food facilities in Cafeteria. 4. No free transport. 5. Higher Management in India is not as good as that in USA. They are spend their time doing office politics. 6. HR and talent acquisition team are meagre when it comes to salary, be it hiring a new talent or retaining old people.
