      Pros

      no pros in this company , hike are bad , micromanagent in most of the projects , no support from HR's , you wont be given any new opportunities to work on

      Cons

      the company is not good , if you are a mainframes developer they will hire you saying you will get a chance to work on a new mainframe related software(e-merge) which is not true and this tool is not even being used any where else in the market as well

      Part of a large organization with diverse software solutions. Opportunities to cross-sell into accounts. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Slow to keep up and enhance offerings with new technology. Constant change of sr. mgmt hired from outside company to lead sales. Few folks are promoted from within to sr. roles.
