      Not a company for long term

      Work from Home, Good HR policies, Great office space.

      Cons

      Too micro management on one front, and no other long term vision as such. Products are built on old technology, and no best practices being followed to ensure standards. Managers have to little or no idea for taking technical decisions, and provide unrealistic timelines to clients. Clear bias in team and favoritism is played in the open. No proper team structure or planning, for a client delivery, and no playbook as such for straight deployments. Management has no clear answer when it comes to planning, ends up pivoting on such issues.

Sapiens is a company with a long track record in the insurance industry, we have a wide portfolio of different products, some are new and are developed in the most advanced and new tech, and our existing products are what brought us to where we are today.       Some areas and people can be OK (not many).

      Cons

      Most people including senior managers are presenting very poor skills, no work-life balance, not thinking proactively and always putting away fires, everything is urgent and too much bureaucracy. Unorganized, sometimes chaotic, poor company culture and overall better to skip.
