      Excellent organization for a fresher to start a career in Insurance Software product development. Company don't put pressure to do yearly certification, like other software services company does. It is up to the individual employee to pursue external learnings. yearly hikes might be good, if you are in the good books of your manager.

      Cons

      dont stay for longer period. Once you complete, 5 year to 10 years, move ahead to another organization. Don't Expect onsite opportunities Don't expect too much of employee benefits. It is relatively less compared with competition companies.
