      The people and the spirit, although recent events are effecting the general atmosphere. the opportunity to use all your talents in your daily job, and the acknowledgment for your contribution . Diversity is relatively high.

      Cons

      not the highest compensation package. no strategic workforce management , so job security is very project reliant no work life balance

      Java Developer - ALIS (PL & SL) - unrealised potential

      Pros

      market leader, wealth of business knowledge, mostly young (but inexperienced) work-force, good working atmosphere, nice offices, SL is a clever piece of software. easy hours.

      Cons

      sales department is doing a horrible job. the product doesnt sell well which makes management nervous and recently they had considerable layoffs. the PL uses proprietary framework which makes life harder. most developers come in straight after graduation, so they have no experience and the older guys have to make up for it. lower than average salaries.
