      There are some really good people on the field working hard

      . They grew inorganically by buying my small companies . They are not truly international and still do not understand NA market and customer . Too much turnover everywhere; HR, Executive Management, Middle Management. . Toxic working environment, They do not care about what you know, they care about who you know . Everyday is firefighting. No planning for the future, Quick wins are appreciated more than long term bigger wins
