      The company is constantly growing and widening it's global presence which opens many opportunities for employees. Stable company but yet very dynamic environment

      Infrastructure was not established to support the fast growth of the company

      Pros

      Good people to work with, Fun Days & organized social activities (about 3 per year). Good products, few but solid customers. focused on banks and insurance companies. Work/life balance is OK. Hours are flexible.

      Cons

      No investment in employee training or improvement. No bonuses/benifits. Always pushing to get the most out of the employees, in a way you feel pressurized to constantly work harder and faster, rather than taking a step back to think if the best practices are being used. Many boring meetings that are usually irrelevant. The working environment does not feel welcoming at all. It feels cold and boring.
