I was hired by Sapiens during the onset of the pandemic and can honestly say that I have never meet one single person from Sapiens in real life. The interview process was well planned and I personally got to interact with 8 different people from all levels in a very short time frame, via MS Teams before I was hired. Sapiens wanted me to talk to my team members and get to know them and also the Sr. Management team during this process and ask anything I wanted to know at any level.
I learned that Sapiens practices what they present in the interview process once I became a full time employee and witnessed it first hand. Sapiens is fair, family oriented, organized, and has great benefits and perks,.
The Sr. Management team has been great with frequent and open communication about the entire organization on a weekly bases by the use of MS Teams, phone calls and other reminders (goodies) that show up at my house from time to time.
It is clearly a great sign that says "we care about you during this difficult time and are here for you"
The onboarding process was awesome and the HR Team went out of their way to make the process easy with constant communication and great online tools to make it simple.
It is still a job when the day is over with goals and expectations, but it sure makes it easier to know that Sapiens is behind you 200% everyday!
I can't wait to meet my teammate's in person once all this crazy stuff is over. Thank you Sapiens for making me part of team.
