      Pros

      The academic and social aspects are among the top reasons to work in a company. As a student worker, I find that I learn a great deal from my team members and the tasks I perform. Additionally, the hybrid work environment allows for a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      The drawback lies in the office location in Holon, and the goods comparable to those found in start-up companies.
