      Very good company to work with. Good work culture. HR, Managers and team members are approachable and supportive. Provides cab facility, free breakfast and snacks.

      Pros: - Good work life balance - Management acknowledges and recognises individuals talent and efforts, and rewards appropriately. - Good Compensation at par with market

      Cons

      Currently, Technological upgradation is encouraged provided employees are able to come up with good PoCs. Would be good if management can provide stipulated time on regular basis for this, as technology is ever improving and this would also help the company be at par in technical efficiency.
