Nice office, many new talents are offered the opportunity to work under the same roof however not very motivated place to work

but the ideas are not heard, most of the senior management and managers are old fashioned and not ready to implement the new proposals. Very unprofessional way of communicating to juniors by India Training manager "Shiva" and very rude, manipulates the team members and HR and plays politics if you are not his chamcha. HR team is also not very helpful either, and they will convince you to drop the paper if any issues happen without trying to find a solution. Salary is also not very good, and there is no free food.
