Cons
Old Guard treat people doing work as cogs. Expect to have your work split to multiple projects with multiple bosses. The expectation is to work long hours and weekends with little work life balance. The President of the North American division rules by fear, insults and innuendo. Internal help is difficult to get. No help desk but a convoluted system to request help from other divisions who you are dependent on. You will be directed to hide negative information from internal and external people.
