      Sapiens gives <2% raises and openly states it doesn't match for inflation

      Good people to work with - not management or higher

      Cons

      Sapiens openly stated this year they do not match inflation. They said 'we do not treat this annual review as an inflation matching exercise since inflation fluctuates'. For years Sapiens has never matched inflations, they do not provided bonuses. Every year we work harder and work for less. It is common within the industry to commonly match inflation around 5/6%.

      Sapiens is my first organization. It is really a good place work. Lot of opportunities for learning and professional growth.

      Cons

      There is only 1 office, in Bengaluru India. It would be great if there was 1 more office in Pune.
