Pros

Ardent Affection for the Product: Despite the adversities encountered, I must acknowledge the fervent affection I nurtured for the company's product. This ardor impelled me to remain steadfast and resolute in my endeavors, notwithstanding the challenges encountered.

Cons

Intrigue and Nepotism in Indian Leadership: An inherent drawback during my tenure at the organization was the prevalence of intrigue and nepotism within the Indian leadership. These machinations created an environment of uncertainty and inequity, significantly affecting the overall ethos of the workplace. Paucity of Commendation and Acknowledgment for Diligence: Despite expending substantial effort and attaining commendable ratings, the management consistently failed to extend due commendation and acknowledgment for the industry and persistence exhibited by employees. This dearth of recognition left numerous colleagues disheartened and demotivated. Cunning Managerial Stratagems: An additional perturbing facet was the inclination of management toward deploying cunning managerial stratagems. This engendered an atmosphere of mistrust and hampered forthright dialogue between team members and their superiors. Antiquated Technological Infrastructure Despite a Promising Product: While I harbored a genuine fondness for the company's product, it was disheartening to observe that the technological infrastructure employed remained antiquated. This predicament not only hindered efficiency but also posed an obstacle to staying abreast of industry progressions. Ubiquitous Micro-Management and Political Intrigue: Micro-management and political maneuvering were endemic throughout various echelons of the organization. This hyperbolic micro-management stifled innovation and synergy, while the pervasive political maneuvering further eroded trust and collaborative bonds among teams. Sentiments of Disregard in the Team: On occasion, I felt akin to a "disregarded receptacle" within the team due to my manager's treatment. This experience was profoundly demoralizing and significantly impacted my overall job contentment. HR Misconduct and Unjust Financial Consequences: After rendering more than five years of dedicated service, I was subjected to egregious mistreatment by the HR department. Their refusal to grant me a proper release and the subsequent imposition of a substantial charge against my entire salary was an egregious violation of my rights and dignity.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Sapiens values work-life balance and provides a supportive environment that allows employees to maintain a healthy equilibrium between their personal and professional lives. In fact I got onboarded remotely due to pandemic and by the time I left the company I was able to do everything remote. Never have to set foot at the office. Learning and Growth Opportunities: The company encourages continuous learning and offers various training programs and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. There are also ample opportunities to work on challenging projects that help in personal and professional growth. Employee Benefits: The company provides competitive benefits, including health insurance, flexible work hours, and occasional team outings that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Cons

Workload Management: At times, there could be a high volume of work and tight deadlines, leading to stress and burnout. The management should focus on workload distribution and employee support to maintain a healthy work environment.
