Every employee is heard. Great work/Life balance. Very flexible hours. Hybrid. Global company. Over 5000 employees all over the world. "Eye level" Managers.

Cons

Low pace High Tech. Sometimes feel like a Government Organization. Not really high salaries.

Good hard working people, good pay, standard benefits.

Cons

Not enough people to support projects. For both business analyst, and quality analysts. This leaves very little room if someone leaves or goes on pto. This affects work life balance. There is constant battle between US and Israel leadership and autonomy. Causing rework or questioning of decisons.
