      Many such Issues are there in Sapiens Datasuite Digital Delivery and R&D. 1. Please dont join this company, as these guys are very behind in upgrading the tech tools. 2. This is not the product company, its purely service company with backward mindset senior leaders. 3. Competency managers in Digital Delivery is very toxic and incapable. 4. Competency managers are just treat u like slaves. 5. Dont join Digital Delivery team, as u work on old tech stacks and tools. 6. Project managers are like leaches here and their managers too. 7. all PM and SPM and their managers are toxic and they encourage toxic environment.
