      Opportunity, rewarding work, great compensation

      Pros

      Able to work independently and trusted to get the job done. Work with amazing co-workers and great customers. There is a good life balance and managers are supportive in this area. There is plenty of opportunity for career growth and learning.

      Cons

      This is software. We are doing implementation work and it can be stressful but I don’t find that a con. I enjoy the challenges. Be realistic about expectations.

      Pros

      Remote work with competitive pay and a full benefits package! PLUS, it is always noticeable that HR is working to make us each feel valued and appreciated. Knowledgeable and accountable colleagues, including engaged leadership! Working with a culturally diverse team is one of my most favorite things! Learning and Internal Growth Opportunities! We are challenged and supported to provide quality deliverables!

      Cons

      This has been a dream job for me! Not sure I have a Con yet... Perhaps the Project Management efforts could be more cohesive and consistent across projects, but again the team of people that come to together on each project make it work!
