      Benefits and the autonomy to be creative in my role. My manger had an open door policy and encouraged me to grow.

      Glassdoor forces you to write something for cons but I don't have any cons to report. I really enjoyed my time working there and if I wasn't laid off because of the pandemic I would still be there,
