Pros

Good management and supportive colleagues. Health benefits are quite good. Salary and on-target-earnings are decent but opportunity could be better although I wouldn't put that on the company itself. Generally a positive and growing company that offers opportunity to grow and learn.

Cons

Biggest issue I believe is lack of investment in R&D. Much of the technology needs overhauling to be competitive in today's markets. Sometimes the company exhibits a "penny-wise, pound foolish" approach to investing in the company's products which sometimes puts the company at a disadvantage

Sapiens is a company with a long track record in the insurance industry, we have a wide portfolio with different products, some are new and are developed in the most advanced and new tech, and our existing products are what brought us to where we are today.
