      Good salary and benefits to emloyees.

      The benefits to employees are good but the work culture is not good. They pressurize people to work more as people keep coming and going because of bad management of projects The work and the environment is not good. They have people working onshore and they are being treated as God and the employees in India get treated like a slave.
