The best insurance IT products the company has built and they are in 2nd position in Gartner report. Once the latest transformation road map is complete, sure it will reach to #1.

Cons

Some HR policies can be standardized as per industry standard. Like leaves and holidays and insurance coverage for parents and in-laws.
