      Worst place to work a PL/SL developer

      Pros

      1.Office location is good 2.Keeps acquiring competitors. 3.Provides good laptops.

      Cons

      1.Need to work on their internal technology (spml), not useful at all in your carrier. 2.Worst appraisals, or not at all in many cases. 3.Expects to work 16hrs a day. 4.No bonuses or extras. 5.Management is worst.

      Thanks for your feedback, although it wasn't the easiest to read, we appreciate the honesty. It means the world to us to create a work environment where people feel happy and have the opportunity to develop themselves. There's no expectation of working around the clock, though we realize that our fast growth could cause workload in specific areas. Regarding salary, we make sure and review our compensation packages to make sure they are competitive in the market, but if for any reason you feel under-compensated for the work you do, we'd love for you to speak about it with us so that we can have a deeper look into it.
