      Pros

      1. Good Infrastructure 2.Can learn well initially, later there will be no learning and no growth

      Cons

      1. Much politics. 2. No recognition /appreciation for the employees who work hard . Employees who are close to managers and who are capable to do politics will only receive the appreciation even for the no work they do. 3. Hard working employees will never be credited for their own work. 4, HR team is not at all effective.No response & solutions can be expected from HR on time. 5. Lot of politics in offering designations,CTC in all the aspects within the team . 6.Much partiality in the teams. 7.No Growth can be found even after giving all your time and efforts .

      • Manual software testing in insurance companies and in Financial Area on the WEB and Mobile platform. • Testing functional and integration testing in multiple systems (writing STD, STP, STR) • Planning, writing and running scripts. • Writing risk management and test results documents.

      Cons

      • Working directly with the development teams. • Working with DB server/client side. • Knowledge in SQL queries for different databases (DB2, Oracle).
