1. No compromise on quality of deliverables 2. Flexibility to move to other technologies. Eg : I moved from being a Java developer to a Java and C++ developer

Cons

Since code reviews are with architects based in Israel, may take time. But it's a necessary evil to maintain quality of deliverables

Management sucks. Unrealistic deadlines. Poor salary and benefits. Crappy work life balance.
