- Work Life Balance - Flat Hierarchy - Pay is good - Managers who plays politics get fired at the earliest. :-)

Cons

- No challenging work. - Organization inherently don't support WFH

For over a year now, most of our employees are working from home and we believe we adjusted well and fast to this new situation.
