Our BA community is drawn from both functional and technical backgrounds, with many having extensive experience within the insurance industry. We continue to invest in our staff with ongoing training offered including Chartered Institute of Insurance and International Diploma in Business Analysis. In projects, there are always peaks in work but we can assure you that staff would never be expected to work long unpaid hours. To ensure this all hours worked are captured and monitored to ensure staff is achieving an effective work/life balance.
