      1. Good Learning 2. Flexibility of timing 3. Followed open door policy till recently.

      Cons

      1. HR is not employee centric 2. New trend in last 2-3 year: Few get extra perks and spotlight and other are ignored.. 3. All leave inclusive (Casual, medical etc) you get only 21 days a year 4. New mid level management in india favour there "favourites" including mid year bonuses and awarding of best employee of the year, onshore opportunities etc.. They are killing the vision of the founders.

The last year has been crazy with all of the changes that COVID brought and adjusting to WFH. Hopefully, we will be able to see all of our employees in all regions face to face.
