      Company gives you more transperancy and open door policy

      Cons

      The infrastructure is pathetic, a very old tech park with zero amenities. The restrooms are very unhygienic and unclean. There are only two food vendors and the food supplied are horrible, no quality measures taken. The company offers one of the worst service with respect to transportation. No proper cab policies, no proper routing, very unprofessional drivers and transport coordinator. Overall to summarise except work everything else is a nightmare.

      Lovely people to work with, Great location. Free breakfast is a good benefit

      Poor Salary, not enough Career progression. Don't have a clear cut plan for trainings. Important decisions are not disclosed/discussed with employee until last minute
