Work environment is very friendly, way better than the known MNCs. Management provides great support, specially from the HR. Great amount of face to face client interactions. Big scope on career perspective, here you learn new, and polish old skills. Projects are not segregated much, so employees are friendly and are not confined to their cubicles.

Cons

No onsite opportunities for long term. Requires more entertainment activities.
