I have been working at Sapiens full-time for more than 3 months and i feel its good to work there is so much to learn in insurance domain

1. No compromise on quality of deliverables 2. Flexibility to move to other technologies. Eg : I moved from being a Java developer to a Java and C++ developer

Cons

Since code reviews are with architects based in Israel, may take time. But it's a necessary evil to maintain quality of deliverables
