Pros

Great people working there. Good vibes shared between workers (but not with management).

Cons

Most of the management is too busy with their own politics to actually notice employees and promote people.

Pros

didnt find any, i suggest dont waste your career and sacrifice and take chances

Cons

company with a cheater's attitude and even their process is deceitful. if you get an offer from this company please verify that you don’t have a variable component. if you have a variable component then assume that you would get maximum 50% of it. if you ask management they would say only for the person who gets 5 out of 5 rating (Superman) would get 100% although as per the rating its 3 as "Met expectations" (as i remember) even if they say by rating as "Met expectation" they would not give 100% of the variable component. my question is simple math if the candidate has met expectation then meet his variable component expectation as mentioned in offer letter. One more thing, if you leave the company in between they would not even give you a penny from variable component which is a big blow. Other companies atleast give on pro data basis during interview and joining they say that they would give onsite opportunity which is just to woo them, you might not get it or even if you get it would be 2 to 4 weeks in which you would make peanuts as their per diem is inclusive of daily commuting so you would not save anything much but you would have compromised you CTC for it. You are expected to work late nights but you are expected to reach office again next day at 9:30AM, no courtesy at all. Work wise you would work in a out dated technologies likes C++ and never learn anything. Overall they treat their employees like slaves.
