      A good product firm with extreme potential is ruined by bad mid-level service based managers

      Pros

      > The team > Cafetaria > Support from company finance team while need to reimbursement (of anything, for me it was insurance) > Variety of project options > Onsite opportunities (mostly for services and testing teams). Seldom for R&D

      Cons

      > The mid-level management (You will find most of the Development or delivery mangers are from some random service based firm) > These managers lead to many meetings a day > No proper grievance addressal > This is the one place (after the change of my manager) I saw complete favouritism. > I was being told "You may be technically sound, but would prefer obedience over knowledge" > Initially it was flat structured. But after mid-2019(new mid level changes), it completely became hierarchal.

      Dated product stack, decision making centralised in Israel, no product investment, focus on short term revenue at the expense of client satisfaction and strategy

      Less professional people People with lesser knowledge have been hired to fill up the vacancy and are not able to cope up with the requirements Lack of Process Lack of updation in terms of knowledge
